Everything you need to know about the booking process and your stay.
After you send the request, we will contact you within a few hours with availability confirmation and deposit payment instructions (30%). The booking becomes active only after the deposit is paid.
Minimum stay is 2 nights throughout the year.
Cancellation is possible with a deposit refund if notice is given at least 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining amount is paid on arrival, in cash or by bank transfer. Card payments are not available.
Yes. Sky hosts up to 2, Luna and Arba up to 4, and Harmonia up to 6 guests. For larger groups, multiple apartments can be booked - contact us for an offer.
