2. Which data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Booking data
Full name, email address, phone number, selected apartment, check-in/check-out dates, number of adults and children, notes.
Contact form data
Name, email address, message content.
Technical data
IP address, browser and device type, pages visited - for analytics and website security. We do not use this data to identify individuals.

4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data or provide it to third parties for commercial purposes. We share data only with trusted service providers needed to operate the booking system:

5. Data retention period
We retain booking data for 5 years from the check-out date, in accordance with Croatian tax and accounting regulations.
Contact form data that did not result in a booking is deleted within 12 months of receiving the inquiry.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we process about you.
- Right to rectification — you can request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you can request data deletion unless retention is legally required.
- Right to restriction of processing — you can temporarily restrict processing of your data.
- Right to data portability — you can receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe your rights are not protected, you may file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP): azop.hr.
